Process Definition
Develop project team is the process of utilizing professional development to further enhance the project teams competencies. This can involve communication skills, core competencies, and team culture.

Process Assessment
This process is were the leadership skills of a project manager can shine. Team building, training, skill enhancement are all integral parts to this process. The project manager will need to have the leadership skills necessary to motivate the project team in order to promote the cohesion needed for project success. 

The human resource management plan encompasses roles and responsibilities, organizational charts, and the staffing plan. The example is an excerpt from a group project in PGMT 611 Anatomy of Project Organizations, that was written by Jeremy Curbey, Domingot Tuckler, and Reese Darlington.
