Process Assessment
The human resource management process provides the project manager with a way to gather all personnel requirements for the project. It will allow the project manager to see the scope of what human resources are not only required but available. This plan should include not only the number of required personnel but also the skill levels, time required of each person on the project, training requirements, safety concerns and reward programs.
