Professional Ethics
Ethics is a critical practice when it comes to managing a project. As a project manager you have the interests of all the stakeholders, customers, vendors, and project team to be accountable for. As well as being responsible for the monetary assets involved in the project. Because of this, a project manager must have an unquestionable ethical and moral standard. The Project Management Institute has created ethical standards and guidelines for the project manager to follow. As project managers, I believe we should hold ourselves to these standards.
