Closing Process Group

During this final project phase, the project manager will meet with team leaders to close out all work orders related to individual team participation. This consists of just two very important processes, close project or phase, and close procurements. The project manager must clearly understand that the project is not completed once the customer has accepted the end-product. Within this process group, we can identify the proper steps required to effectively close out a project.
